Project Interior of the building was realized by the architectural bureau INT2 architecture in St. Petersburg.One bedroom apartment of 62 square meters. designed specifically for renting.

Among the main principles of the project should be noted a limited budget, which amounted to 800 thousand rubles for everything; rethinking the purpose of objects, materials, and things; a combination of elements of Japanese and Scandinavian minimalism.

The layout of the apartment is divided into a common area, an entrance hall, a bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. The common area includes a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room and a living room.


 In the space of the common zone, there is a contrast unit of the bathroom, in which there is a niche for the refrigerator and mini-laundry on the side of the kitchen. The project uses inexpensive and easily accessible finishing materials.

Concrete floors in the hallway and on the balcony, as well as the ceiling from the developer,  are left unfinished but covered with protective varnish. Part of the furniture and accessories was made or refined by the architects in place.
