Glass apartment in Moscow from ARCH.625

The Glass Box project is realized by the architect Sergey Nasedkin, representing the bureau ARCH.625.

This glass apartment area of 75 square meters.
located in Moscow and belongs to a young modern family who wanted to get an open, functional and stylish space in a modern style.

To fulfill this task, customers are ready for any, even the most daring experiments.

The apartment has a linear layout with minimal and conditional zoning for the living room-kitchen and bedroom.

The bathroom is divided into a walk-through bathroom and an insulated toilet. All partitions in the residence are made of glass, with the possibility of isolation by curtains.

Important was the engineering solution for the insulation of the cold profile in the panoramic glazing, as well as the combination of two balconies in the area of the apartment.

All furniture is made according to individual drawings by Russian craftsmen, including kitchen, facades, kitchen island, light gray fabric sofa, island bed, bathtub and white Corian washbasin.

The number of interior objects in space is minimized. Numerous roomy built-in closets, the doors of which conceal important trifles, are successfully masked under the wall panels.

Only the most necessary multifunctional furniture remained in sight. With one invisible but effective technique, the architect gave the space expressiveness and ease: instead of traditional skirting and curbs between the walls, the floor, and the suspended ceiling, thin slots with built-in lighting are left, which not only emphasizes the design but also causes a feeling of lightness, weightlessness.
