Penthouse Design with Open Space
Penthouse project from the architectural bureau Olga Akulova DESIGN is implemented in Kiev, Ukraine.
The penthouse belongs to a young man who does not live in Kiev permanently and has considered the purchase of real estate as an investment and temporary residence.
It was supposed to be a place for living and relaxing with friends while preserving the original concrete ceilings and panoramic windows.
The brief also noted the importance of open space, the availability of a smart home system and the use of natural materials.
