The Waverly House is the result of the work of the house renovations Architecture studio in Montreal, Canada.

 Created for a wealthy owner, it represents a completely redone duplex, doubled due to a small extension in the backyard and the arrangement of the basement floor.

The area of the Renovating House was 280 square meters. meters. The connecting element between the levels was a beautiful wooden staircase, above which there is a light opening in the roof of the house.

 Thus, more daylight penetrates into the central part of the house, and space expands visually. Among other monumental details of the house, it is necessary to note a fireplace in the next living room, decorated with steel panels. It divides the space into two zones - a dining room and a place for rest.

On the second floor of the  House are designed three bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry. At the same time, there is still a free place, which can be equipped for a study or a library. The ground floor is reserved for a large game room and a storage room.
