Architectural bureau of Jose Ramon Mendez Bolufer has made an amazing transformation of the building of the old paper mill into a residence.
Stylish loft E & L House is located in the city of Alcoy, Spain.
It is decorated in an industrial style but is not devoid of comfort and individuality.
In addition to the main functional areas, organized in a single open space, the loft has a beautiful seating area with a swimming pool.
