The black volume, located to the left of the entrance to the apartment, contains a wardrobe for clothes and shoes, a bathroom, a separate bathroom, as well as built-in wardrobes and a refrigerator from the kitchen area;

This cube was covered with black slate and immediately became the center of attraction for children, as they appreciated the opportunity to paint on the walls!
