The modern New York residence is designed by architects Gabellini Sheppard Associates with an emphasis on spatial continuity and openness.
American and Danish origin of the owners affected the design of the loft, which combines Scandinavian and North American styles.
The residence was created for the comfortable life of a family with three children. The design is based on the principle "less is better".
The living room is central to the residence and features a high ceiling.
On the top floor, where previously there was an empty attic, now is the bedroom of the parents. In addition, the loft provides children's bedrooms, study, games and family rooms, as well as an outdoor roof terrace.
It should be noted that the main enthusiasm of the owners is painting, and their collection of paintings decorating the walls of the residence is proof of this.
