The project of apartment G9 is presented by design studio Baraban led by architect Nikolay Gulik. Private residence area of 265 square meters. meters is located in the heart of Kiev, Ukraine.
Panoramic view from the windows reveals an impressive view of the city and the Dnieper. Comfortable and functional space is controlled by the "smart house" with the help of the iPhone.
The central element of the interior of the residence is a three-meter art object made of metal and performing the function of both a wine cellar and a bio-fireplace.
In fact, this bold art-installation hides a concrete column in the center of the room, which you so much wanted to get rid of to facilitate the perception of space.
Modern furniture and decorative items of bright colors complete the image of the residence. The project took 9 months to complete.
