The Zoku project is realized by the architectural bureau Concrete Architectural Associates in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. A small studio with an area of about 25 square meters.

In Japanese, Zoku is a family, and the concept of Zoku is a new way of looking at life while traveling. The project is designed to offer an alternative to hotel rooms and is designed for both short-term accommodation and long-term accommodation.

Here you can and should not only come to spend the night after a long day of business meetings, walks or shopping, Zoku is created for work and leisure.

A small studio with an area of about 25 square meters. meters accommodates all the necessary functional areas for a full-fledged stay. And if in the hotel room the central place is assigned to the beds, then in Zoku the sleeper was taken to the background, or rather, to the second level, where an interesting sliding staircase leads.

The main space is occupied by the living room area, kitchen and work area. The bathroom is located near the entrance. Guests can spend here working meetings, invite friends or relax in silence for a good book.

In addition to the 133 studios for rent, Zoku will offer guests a number of public recreation areas, with a total area of more than 500 sq. M. meters, including space for coworking, a common living room, a dining room and a kitchen.

The official launch of the project will take place this fall.
