The architectural bureau ORA presented a spacious loft of 140 square meters. meters, located in the attic of a historic building in Mikulov, Czech Republic.

 It was built in the 19 century. Later the space of the open lecture hall was divided into apartments, and this unused attic turned into a residential loft.

 Architects needed not only to preserve the historical heritage and its unique atmosphere but also to create favorable conditions for life.

 The most important decision was the desire to leave everything in its original state, emphasizing that sometimes the main part of design does not design.
